Shipping

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days. Weekends are not included in shipping times. Expedited options (Next Day or 2-Day Delivery) apply only to the UK mainland and do not include handling time. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we send the wrong or defective item.

Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in original condition with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).

If the return is our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take up to three weeks, including transit and bank processing times.

We cannot accept returns for items that are used, damaged, purchased from non-authorised sellers, or final sale items.
